Eligibility : Labatt Blue Real Hockey Sweepstakes open only to legal US residents of the states of ME, MI, NH, NY, OH, PA, and VT who are at least 21 years of age and a member of an amateur hockey team not affiliated with any college or university.
Promotion Period : Labatt Blue Real Hockey Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 01/01/10 and ends at 11:59PM EST on 04/15/10 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : Visit labattblueus.com/realhockey, and enter the unique PIN code found in your case. Complete and submit the online entry form.
Limit : one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day.
Prize (s):
There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize will include: i) one (1) 2-hour instructional/on-ice session with both Curtis Joseph and Pat Lafontaine (the “Personalities”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 15 of the Grand Prize Winner’s team members (rink location will be determined by the Sponsor upon winner selection), ii) an autographed photograph with the Personalities for the Grand Prize Winner and for each of up to 15 of the Grand Prize Winner’s team members, iii) a dinner, including beverages, for the Grand Prize Winner and for each of up to 15 of the Grand Prize Winner’s team members at a local establishment (location and establishment to be determined by Sponsor), iv) hockey sticks, jerseys and bags for the Grand Prize Winner and for each of up to 15 of the Grand Prize Winner’s team members. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $12,250.
There will be 100 Second Prizes consisting of one (1) of the following items: either one (1) hockey jersey autographed by one of the Personalities or ii) one hockey stick autographed by one of the Personalities. The ARV of Second Prizes is $5,000.
