How To Enter : Submit a photo of yourself with your favorite Heluva Good! product by completing the online entry form, which may be found at http://www.heluvagood.com/promos/pc0111/. Follow the instructions on the online form to complete your entry.
Eligibility : This Contest is only open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the contest entry.
Timing : The Heluva Good!® ‘Fan of the Month’ Promotion (the Contest) begins January 1, 2011, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 15, 2011. (the Contest Term).
Limit : One entry per person, per Monthly Term.
Prize (s) :
Eleven (11) monthly prizes will be awarded during the Contest Term.
Each month, one (1) winner will be selected as the Heluva Good! ‘Fan of the Month’ (the Winner) and will receive one (1) Heluva Good! Cooler Bag filled with four (4) coupons for any Heluva Good! product, the equivalent of a one (1) month’s supply, and one (1) Heluva Good! Chip Clip (Approximate Retail Value: $40.15).
