Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in Hawaii who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Heineken USA Inc. and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each prizewinner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release. If required, documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or that prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected.

How to enter:
To enter the Heineken Hawaii Summer Sweepstakes by mail, beginning 5/19/08 complete an Official Entry Form or hand print your full name, date of birth, address (no P.O. boxes accepted), city, state, zip code and daytime telephone number with area code on a 3″x5″ card and mail in an envelope to: Heineken Hawaii Summer Sweepstakes, Dept 8157, P.O. Box 3017, Rogers, MN 55374-3017; OR (2) To enter the Heineken Hawaii Summer Sweepstakes online, log on to www.heineken.com between 12:00:01 a.m. HST on 5/19/08 and 11:59:59 p.m. HST on 8/4/08 and complete an Official Entry Form. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. HST on 8/4/08 to qualify for the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/4/08 and received by 8/11/08 to qualify for the Sweepstakes.
