Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 29, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM ET on June 12, 2009
How To Enter : Visit godiva.com/rewards & follow the directions provided to sign-up for the Godiva Chocolate Rewards Club & receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes.
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household & per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner & up to twenty-five (25) of his/her guests will have the opportunity to attend a Godiva party in 2009 at a date & location to be determined by Sponsor. The party will take place at the closest Godiva retail boutique store to the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor. Ground transportation will be provided for winner & guest(s) from one (1) location designated by Sponsor to/from the Godiva party. The Grand Prize winner must reside within a 100-mile proximity of the Godiva retail boutique store to attend the party. If Sponsor is unable to provide a party for any reason, he/she will receive a Godiva “Chocolate Party Package” consisting of various items for him/her & up to twenty-five (25) guests. Exact contents of Chocolate Party Package to be determined by Sponsor. Date, time & exact location & duration of party are at the sole discretion of Sponsor & are subject to change. If winner cannot attend the party on the date, time or location specified by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited & awarded to an alternate winner. Federal, state, provincial & local taxes (including income & withholding taxes) & all other costs & expenses associated with acceptance & use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value: $1,000.
