Eligibility : The “Give Back. Simply Win.” Essay Contest (“Contest” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except for residents of the states of MA, MI, and RI) who are 6 years of age and older at time of entry who have been diagnosed with Diabetes and are not enrolled in a Federally Subsidized Healthcare Program such as Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP or TriCare (“participants” or “contestants”).
Timing : The entry period for the Contest begins on May 4, 2010 at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on August 5, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT (“Entry Period”).
Prize (s):
Nine (9) Finalist Prizes (Three (3) Finalist Prizes for each age category): a sterling silver dog tag and a framed autograph picture of Nick Jonas. ARV: $250 each.
