Eligibility :
BabyCenter and Gerber Childrenswear’s A Holiday to Remember Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on November 3, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.babycenter.com/capturethemoment and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 of BabyCenter merchandise (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a Kodak camera and printer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,400.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: $750 of BabyCenter merchandise (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a Kodak camera. ARV: $950.
TWO (2) SECOND PRIZES: $500 of BabyCenter merchandise (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a Kodak digital frame. ARV: $600.
