Eligibility : American Express & Dunkin’ Donuts “SweetLife” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for viewing and participation by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, and located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are consumer American Express Card Members as of December 31st, 2010 (“Eligible Card Members”).
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) February 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :
One (1) VIP Trip for Four (4): A vacation package to Universal Orlando® for up to four people (all of whom must travel together on the same itinerary) for four (4) days and three (3) nights. If winner is under the age of twenty-one (21), one of his/her guests must be a parent or legal guardian who is at least twenty-one (21) or older. Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $3,375.33. Actual values may vary based on point of departures, destination and dates of travel. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Trip consists of:
i. Air Transportation: Winner and three (3) guests will receive round-trip, advance purchase, non refundable, coach air transportation on an airline designated by Universal Orlando® from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to the home city of the winner to Orlando, Florida. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. Ground transportation to/from the airport in Orlando, Florida and to/from the hotel and Universal Orlando will be included. Airfare and ground transportation portion of prize are void if Trip Prize winner resides in Florida. Instead, winner will receive two (2) complimentary Universal Orlando® parking pass(es) for three (3) consecutive days. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent designated by Universal Orlando® at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed date of travel. Winner may be required to fly on certain days of the week and at certain times of the day or night, to stay over a Saturday night, and to make connecting flights. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to availability. Air transportation may not be eligible for frequent flyer or traveler miles. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Travel must be completed no later than June 30, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and guests (or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians) must execute and return a travel/publicity release prior to booking travel.
ii. Hotel accommodations: One (1) standard hotel room with two beds (quad occupancy) for three (3) nights at a Universal Orlando® on-site hotel of Universal Orlando®’s choosing. Package includes room and tax charges only; the winner is responsible for all other charges, costs, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided incurred during the trip, including those for parking, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, room service, in-room mini-bar use, in-room movies, internet connection, laundry, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here. In order to check in to on-site hotel, winner must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is at least 21 years of age.
iii. Theme park admissions: 3-Day park-to-park tickets for four (4) people for admission to Universal Studios® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure®. In addition, non-exclusive 1-day/1-park VIP Tour for four (4) people. Tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. All tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at either of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live® and Blue Man Group. The non-exclusive 1-day/1-park VIP Tour allows to be personally escorted on a guided walking tour around one theme park. Non-exclusive VIP tours are not private and may consist of 10-15 people per VIP Tour. In addition to the tour guide, guests will receive priority entry into the rides and attractions and won’t have to wait in the regular lines. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of ticket portion of prize.
