Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry) and who have access to the Internet.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 31, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
– Screening of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax (“Screening”): Reservation of a theater in the metropolitan market closest to Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Prize Contributor) accommodating up to 100 attendees (each a “Guest” and collectively “Guests”). Screening shall take place no later than 4/30/12 and specific location, date and time is subject to Sponsor & Prize Contributor’s scheduling. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in the Screening without any Guests or with fewer than 99 Guests, the attendance of fewer than 100 individuals at such Screening shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s and Prize Contributor’s obligation regarding the Screening component of the prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded. Screening is subject to theater availability and general release date of “Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.” Screening is for one (1) showing only.
– Garden for School:
o A garden consisting of fruits, vegetables, and/or other plants (“Garden”) dedicated in his/her name at an accredited public, private or parochial school that is organized and operates primarily for educational purposes for grades kindergarten through sixth grade, has tax-exempt status, is located in the continental United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the continental United States and where otherwise
prohibited by law) and has fifty (50) or more students (“School”). The School may not exclude members on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, religious views or disability.
Collectively, “Grand Prize.” ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,000.
