- The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.
- The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) CT on April 21, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 15, 2019.
