Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 2/1/10, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and 18 years of age or older.
Promotion Period : The Time Warner Cable Presents Love Happens Movies on Demand Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 2, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : You may enter online at www.twondemand.com/love (the “Website”) by completing and submitting the online registration form as prompted.
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a Sharp 46″ LCD TV and a Year of Flowers from 1-800-Flowers.com, awarded as twelve monthly arrangements. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,943.98.
Two (2) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a 16GB iPod nano and a $50 iTunes Gift Card. The ARV of each First Prize is $229. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $458.
Three (3) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive a 8GB iPod nano and a $25 iTunes Gift card. The ARV of each First Prize is $174. The total ARV of all Second Prizes is $522.
