Eligibility :
The Snapple Antioxidant Water “Pop & Protectify!” Instant Win Game (“Promotion” or “Game”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least 18 years old, at time of participation. Employees, officers and directors of Snapple Beverage Corporation (“Snapple” or “Sponsor”), SoftCoin, Inc. (“SoftCoin”), their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses cannot participate. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and/or SoftCoin, an independent judging and administration organization, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing :
Promotion begins on or about February 29, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT, subject to the free Code request deadlines (below).
How to enter:
During the Promotional Period, you can access the Promotional Website at and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. At that point, you must:
Complete the registration form with your first and last name, complete address, email address, date of birth and zip code. Create a password. (Record your password and keep it in a secure location.). When all required information has been entered, your Promotion Account will be established. Enter the 12 digit UPC code from any 20 oz. bottle of Snapple Antioxidant water or the 12 digit code imprinted on hand-outs available at promotional events (in select areas) where persons can try samples of Snapple Antioxidant water (collectively, “Code”).

Limit of (1) play per participant/Promotion Account per day (12:00:01 a.m. PT – 12:00:00 a.m. PT).
