Eligibility : The Simple Essentials TD Celebration Video Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age
Promotion Period : The Simple Essentials TD Celebration Video Contest begins at 12:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 24, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 13, 2010 (“the Contest Period”).

Limit : Only one (1) entry per person for the entire Contest Period
Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded a home entertainment center ( Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $10,000) selected by Sponsor.
Ten (10) first prize winners will each be awarded a 46″ Sony® LED flat screen TV (ARV $2,000).
Twenty (20) second place winners will each be awarded a Freedom® Tailgate grills (ARV $900).
