Eligibility :
The Cart Me Away 9 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of SHOP.COM (“Sponsor”), Site Systems (“Judging Agency”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Timing :
The Promotion begins at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on September 22, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on October 12, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Online Entry: To enter the random Grand and weekly First prize drawings, you must play the Online Game: visit www.cartmeaway.com (the “Website”), follow the on-screen directions, complete all required registration fields and follow the instructions for playing the Cart Me Away 9 Game (“Online Game”) for a chance at receiving a SHOP.COM special offer.
Tell-A-Friend Entry: To enter the random Tell-A-Friend drawing follow the on-screen directions, complete all required registration fields and refer up to 15 different friends to tell them about the Promotion, by providing their email addresses on the Tell-A-Friend form featured in the Online Game or in emails promoting Cart Me Away 9. Each friend you refer will be sent an email on your behalf, providing him/her the opportunity to enter the Promotion. For each friend you refer (who has not previously entered the promotion) who successfully enters the Promotion during the Promotion Period you will receive one (1) Tell-A-Friend entry into the Promotion. You will only receive a Tell-A-Friend entry: a) once per referred friend; b) on the first time your friend successfully enters the Promotion; c) if your friend has not previously entered the Promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing personal relationship and from whom an email from you would not be considered spam. LIMIT FIFTEEN (15) TELL-A-FRIEND ENTRIES PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.
