How To Enter : To enter the Promotion End Sweepstakes online, visit the web site www.haggarupgrade.com (the “Website”), locate the link for the Promotion End Sweepstakes, complete the entry form with the information requested, and click “Submit Entry.”
Eligibility : Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter.
Timing : The Haggar Upgrade Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on or about September 12, 2010, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 11, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a Home Theatre System. The Grand Prize includes a 60” HDTV, a surround sound home theatre system, a Blu-ray player, four (4) leather recliners, a mini fridge, and Sponsor selected Major League Baseball memorabilia. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,000. The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to take $9,000 cash in lieu of the Grand Prize package offered.
Ten (10) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of a game console and a $100 pre-paid debit card. The ARV of each First Prize is $300.
Trivia Sweepstakes:
Thirty (30) Trivia Sweepstakes Prizes are available. Each Trivia Sweepstakes Prize consists of a $100 Kohl’s gift card.
Contest:
