Eligibility : The Charter’s Daily Deal Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States except New York, reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Daily Sweepstakes (excluding Thursdays) begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on December 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on January 6, 2010

Prize (s):
There will be sixteen hundred (1,600) Prizes awarded, (fifty (50) each day, except for the following (i) no Thursday drawings and (ii) December 6, 2009 & January 5, 2010 one hundred (100) prizes will be awarded). The Prize consists solely of those daily prizes further described in the attached Exhibit A. The approximate total retail value of the Prize ranges in value from $30.00 – $160.00. Further description is available in the attached Exhibit A.
