Eligibility : The 2009 MLB Hank Aaron Pick a Finalist Sweepstakes Presented by Sharp (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are of legal age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The 2009 MLB Hank Aaron Pick a Finalist Sweepstakes Presented by Sharp begins on August 19, 2009 at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person.

Seven (7) prizes in total will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) First Prize and five (5) Second Prizes (each a “Prize” and, collectively, the “Prizes”), as follows:
a. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: One (1) Sharp 46″ Class (45-63/64″ Diagonal) AQUOS® LED-TV model LC-46LE700UN (the “Grand Prize”); (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,999).
b. First Prize: One (1) First Place Prize Winner will win: One (1) Sharp 40″ Class (40″ Diagonal) AQUOS® LED-TV model LC-40LE700UN (the “First Prize”); (ARV of First Prize: $1,499).
c. Second Prize: Five (5) Second Prize Winners will win: One (1) Blu-ray Disc™ Player model BD-HP210U (the “Second Prize”); (ARV of Second Prize: $199 ea).
