Eligibility : This Promotion is open to participants (“Participants”) who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (or the District of Columbia).
Timing : This Promotion starts on November 12, 2010 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 6, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, (the “Promotion Period”)
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per calendar day, per email address throughout the Promotion Period for a total of eighty seven (87) entries.
Prize (s):
GRAND PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize will include: two (2) Cisco ?mi Telepresence systems; (ii) installation for the two (2) awarded Cisco ?mi Telepresence systems; (iii) a year (twelve (12) months) of service for the above two (2) Cisco ?mi Telepresence systems; (iv) $2,500 in Best Buy gift cards (subject to the terms and conditions of Best Buy gift cards); and (v) $2,000.00 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her tax liability (or a portion of his or her tax liability) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner’s prize tax liability be higher than the $2,000.00, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred from accepting the Grand Prize and this $2,000.00.
