The Sweepstakes runs from July 18, 2008 through August 23, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 23, 2008 to be included in the final drawing. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who, as of July 18, 2008, are at least 13 years of age. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, the winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of the winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and the winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The “Win ‘Em All” Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am (PST) on 07/18/08 and ends at 11:59 pm (PST) on 08/23/08 (the “Entry Period”).

Beginning at 12:01 am (PST) on 7/18/08, you may enter via the Internet by following the directions (providing your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address) given in the “Win ‘Em All” Sweepstakes entry section at www.pacsun.com (until 8/23/08) (the “Entry Site”). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (PST) ON 8/23/08.
You may enter by mail in lieu of online by hand printing your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and the Internet or other location where you found these instructions on a postcard and mailing it to the “Win ‘Em All” Sweepstakes, Pacific Sunwear Stores Corp., 3450 E. Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806. Mailed entry date must be postmarked by the deadline posted elsewhere on this offer.
