Eligibility : Levi’s Original Style Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Levi’s Original Style Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 3, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://levis.promo.eprize.com/originalstyle/ (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period through either method of entry.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) custom designed Levi’s outfits (all details of outfits including, but not limited to, style, color, design and size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.
