Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal permanent US residents physically residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other United States territories are excluded from entry and participation) who are 18 years of age or older as of September 30, 2008.
Timing :
The Biggest Loser & Motorola Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 30, 2008 and ends at 3:59:59 p.m. PT on December 17, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
To enter, access the Sweepstakes web site at http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/sponsors/motorola (“Web Site”). Then complete the entry form which includes providing your name, complete address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address, and then clicking submit. Entries must be received by 3:59:59 p.m. PT on December 17, 2008. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.. Limit seventy-nine (79) total Entries per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period
Prize (s):
Ten (10) Grand Prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners”) will each receive one (1) MOTOROKR S9-HD (wireless headset) and one (1) D650 iPod Adaptor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $139.99.
