Eligibility : The GMC Drive Home Design Watch To Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to permanent legal residents of the 48 contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Alaska and Hawaii), who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry.
Timing : This Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 31, 2011, and ends at 7:59:59 a.m. ET on February 5, 2011 (“Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : Limit one (1) Online Entry or one (1) AMOE Entry (collectively “Sweepstakes Entry”) per person (based on e-mail address) per Daily Entry Period.
Prize (s) :
Five (5) Daily Grand Prizes: Each Daily Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 2011 GMC Acadia sport utility vehicle. (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price “MSRP” of each Grand Prize: $50,425.00).
Five (5) Audience Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will be contacted by the Show (as described in section 5) by telephone. During the phone call each Grand Prize winner will be asked to choose a random whole number (positive integer) between one (1) and a number equal to the total number of audience members attending the taping of the Show for that respective day (which is no greater than two-hundred (200) or two-hundred ten (210)). The number randomly selected by the respective Grand Prize winner will correspond to a seat occupied by a given audience member. Said audience member will receive one (1) GMC Acadia sport utility vehicle (subject to the same terms and conditions noted above and below for the Grand Prize winners above). In the event that the selected audience member is ineligible for the Audience Prize, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner from the respective audience pool may be randomly selected by the Sponsor to receive the prize.
Five (5) Daily First Prizes (awarded to each Grand Prize winner): One (1) The Nate Berkus Show Prize Pack consisting of select Show merchandise (“The Nate Berkus Show Prize Pack”). Approximate Retail Value “(ARV)” of each First Prize: $50.00.
One Overall Prize: One (1) The Nate Berkus Show Prize Pack. ARV of Overall Prize: $50.00.
