How To Enter : To enter the Contest, visit www.marthastewart.com/remarthable (the “Contest Website”).
Eligibility : The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and possessing a valid driver’s license at the time of entry.
Timing : The “Simply Remarthable Contest” (“Contest”) begins at 09:00:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on Friday, February 18, 2011 (“Contest Period”).
Limit : LIMIT one (1) entry per person and per email address for the length of the Contest Period.
Prize (s) :
Five (5) finalists : Each Finalist will receive a trip to New York City consisting of round trip coach class air transportation for Finalist and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest Finalist’s residence at time of entry as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) designated by Sponsor, plus two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) spending cash.
Each Finalist will receive two (2) books signed by Martha Stewart: Dinner at Home: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $35.00 USD, and Martha Stewart’s Encyclopedia of Crafts: ARV $35.00 USD.
Total ARV of Finalist Prizes: $17,850.00 ($3,570.00 for per Finalist)
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a BMW X3 courtesy of BMW of North America (“Grand Prize Vehicle”) ARV: $60,000.00 USD.
In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Martha Stewart Gift Basket valued at approximately $75.00.
