Eligibility : The “Flip the Lip Instant Win Game” (the “Promotion”) is only open to participants who as of the date of participation are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska, New York and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Timing : The Promotion begins on February 23, 2011 and ends on May 10, 2011 or when the supply of specially marked game pieces is exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).

Grand Prize Vehicle: Up to a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize vehicle will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) 2011 General Motors Chevrolet Equinox AWD 2LT (vehicle as selected and equipped by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of the Grand Prize is $27,720.00 (ARV based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of a 2011 General Motors Chevrolet Equinox AWD 2LT). First Prize Trips: Up to a maximum of two (2) First Prize trips will be awarded. Each First Prize is a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to the Whistler Blackcomb ski resort in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. The trip consists of and is limited only to the following: (i) round-trip coach airfare for four (4) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Originating Airport”) and Vancouver International Airport (“Destination Airport”) (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Blackout dates apply), and (ii) Five (5) night’s accommodation for Four (4) people at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa in a Whistler Junior Suite connecting to a Hilton Room (a Whistler Junior Suite connecting to Hilton Room, each room with double occupancy; dates and room as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and (iii) Four (4) day pass Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets for four (4) people, and (iv) Four (4) day high performance ski or snowboard rentals for four (4) people, and (v) a Two Hundred US Dollar ($200) gift card for Steeps Grill & Wine Bar restaurant on Whistler Mountain, and (vi) Four (4) Fresh Tracks breakfast tickets, and Four (4) Coca-Cola Tube Park Tickets. Second Prize Bike: Up to a maximum of ten (10) Second Prizes will be awarded. The Second Prize consists of a mountain style bicycle (the “Bike”) supplied by Trek. Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Trek or Sponsor for which either party shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Second Prize winner is solely and fully responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Second Prize, including, without limitation, assembly; registration; sales or other taxes; insurance; maintenance; additional equipment or accessories.
