Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of any of the foregoing) and household members of Wachovia Corporation (“Sponsor”) and their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters.
Timing :
Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM EDT on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
Wachovia and Wachovia Securities customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each of the following service categories (“Online Services”) that they enroll in during the Sweepstakes Period at www.wachovia.com, www.wachoviasec.com, or for which they turn off paper delivery during the Sweepstakes Period through www.agedwards.com: Online Statements, eBills, Confirms, Tax Documents, Prospectuses or other electronic Shareholder Communications (i.e. proxies and annual reports). Depending upon the account type, not all Online Services may be available.
Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the primary account holder associated with the Wachovia account. Current Wachovia customers not wishing to sign up for one (1) or more of these Online Services or who have previously signed up for one or more of these Online Services, and any other eligible consumers, may enter by hand-printing their name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, including area code, and age on a 3″ x 5″ postcard and mailing it via first class mail to: Wachovia “Make A Statement” Sweepstakes, P.O. 771490, St. Louis, MO 63177-2490. To be eligible for the sweepstakes, mail-in entries must be mailed in a postage-paid envelope and/or postcard and must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2008 and received by October 6, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per postmarked envelope.
