Eligibility : The State Farm Blink 182 Car Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States & the District of Columbia & Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick & Ontario (excluding residents of Quebec & residents of the states of Alaska & Hawaii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or the District of Columbia where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) and who have a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license at the time of entry.
