How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below), all eligible individuals may visit the Nickelodeon SpongeBob Highlander hub at nick.com/highlander (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online Sweepstakes entry form.
Eligibility : Â To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be (i) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia; and either (ii) a child between the ages of six (6) to seventeen (17) years old at time of Sweepstakes commencement (“Child”) or the parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) of a child or children under the age of eighteen (18) at time of Sweepstakes commencement. Parent must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
Timing : Â The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 19, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2013.
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per calendar day per person/household/e-mail address, regardless of method used.
Prize (s) :
One (1) prize, the Grand Prize (“Prize”), is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of (a) one (1) 2014 Toyota® Highlander, (b) a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “Winner”)and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”) (one of whom must be the Parent of Winner if Winner is a minor) to Los Angeles, CA for the LA Auto Show taking place between November 22, 2013 and December 1, 2013 (subject to ticket availability and terms and conditions of ticket issuer) (the “Event”) and (c) five hundred dollars ($500.00) worth of SpongeBob SquarePants merchandise (specific items as determined by Sponsor). All attributes of automobile prize, including color and vehicle options, will be determined solely by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) standard hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy, seven (7) days / six (6) nights); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, and to and from hotel to the Event; and (iv) $1,000.00 in spending money for Winner only. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $52,500.00.
