Eligibility :
Saveology Smart Car Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to legal state United States residents 18 years of age or older prior to October 1, 2008.
Timing :
The Saveology Smart Car Giveaway Sweepstakes (“the Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time [“EST”]) on October 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2009 (“Promotional Period”).
How to enter:
Enter online at www.saveology.com/sweepstakes. Fill out the registration form and submit it.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Smart Car with an Approximate Retail Value $15,000.

Winners List:
Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules can be obtained by mailing a stamped, self-addressed business size envelope to: ASC/Elephant “Smart Car Giveaway” Sweepstakes, 300 East Ave. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614. Specify “winners list” or “rules” on your request. Requests must be received by May 15, 2009.
