Eligibility :
The Purex Saves Green Contest is intended for viewing and participation in the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter the Contest if you are not (i) a legal U.S. resident located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 or older as of February 2, 2009.
Timing :
The Purex Saves Green Contest (“Contest”) will begin at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 2, 2009 (“Promotion Start Date”), and end at 11:59pm ET on April 30, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
You can enter online at www.PurexSavesGreen.com by creating and submitting an eco-friendly tote design which includes an eco-friendly slogan (“Design”), and completing the contest registration form. Each submission must pertain to an eco-friendly theme (“Theme”). To complete the Contest registration form, the participant needs to provide name, date of birth, address (including zip code), daytime phone number, and email address. You can submit your tote design by using the online design software tool.
Limit:
Each Entrant may submit one (1) Contest entry per week.
Prize (s):
Each First Prize winner will receive a $1,000 cash award.
Each Second Prize winner will receive a customized Sea Bag, an eco-friendly tote created from recycled sails. The ARV is $110.
The Grand Prize winner will have the choice of receiving: a) a 2009 Smartfortwo, a Daimler Brand, or b) $10,000 cash award. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the vehicle is $14,000.
