Entry requires entrants to submit the following personal information at the time of Entry and/or the time of the Prize verification: name, date of birth, email address, and daytime phone number.
Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia) and who currently reside in the U.S., are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of legal residence) and who have a valid, current U.S. driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
