Eligibility :
Tell Us Your Vise-Grip Story (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of IRWIN Industrial Tool Company, ePrize, LLC, and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Promotion contains a contest (“Contest”), a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (“Instant Win Game”).
Timing :
The Promotion begins on July 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 19, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Submission Phase, visit http://irwin.eprize.net/visegripstory (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you have registered, follow the directions to either upload one (1) photo, or choose one (1) photo from those located on the Website, that accurately displays your Vise-Grip story and provide a description of your Vise-Grip story in one hundred (100) words or fewer (the “Contest Entry”). By completing the registration and submitting your photo, you agree that your Contest Entry conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your photo and disqualify you from the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your photo fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Photo Guidelines:
- The photo must be in .jpg or .jpeg format;
- The photo must not exceed 5 MB in size; and
- The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Content Restrictions:
- The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- The photo must not contain brand names or trademarks;
- The photo must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
- The photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- The photo must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where photo is created.
For all Entries: All Contest Entries will become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the photos, and may use them in any media without attribution or compensation to the entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity. SUBMITTING AN CONTEST ENTRY CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE PHOTO INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible or misdirected photos, which are disqualified. Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) Contest Entry during the Submission Phase.
During the Submission or the Judging Phase, visit the Website and complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), or login. You will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Limit :
Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day during both the Submission and Judging Phases.
Prize (s):
