How To Enter : During the Entry Period, go to www.gandermountain.com to the Sweepstakes section of the website and follow the links and instructions for online entry.
Eligibility : Gander Mountain Company “Fish Like a Pro! Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Sweepstakes is void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; in the States of Alaska and Hawaii; and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing : The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 2, 2013 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per person (regardless of method of entry) or address (physical or email) in the Sweepstakes.
Prize (s) :
The prize is the boat of Gander Mountain’s pro angler, Dean Rojas, as used by him in competition during 2013, which prize consists of and is limited to (a) one (1) 2013 Skeeter FX 20 bass boat with one (1) 250HP Yamaha SHO motor (boat, as selected and equipped by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including motor, marine electronics and any other accessories), and (b) a check for $3,000, which amount may be used by winner to defray taxes on the prize or shipping of the prize to winner if winner elects not to pick up the boat at Sponsor’s location as described below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $73,000 (ARV based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the boat, motor, marine electronics and other accessories as described above ($70,000) plus the additional $3,000 cash).
