Eligibility : The ACM Entertainer of the Year Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are: (a) “Registered Users”; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (c) at least 18 or age of majority in their state of residence and older with a valid driver’s license at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
Promotion Period : The ACM Entertainer of the Year Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2010 at 12:00:00 PM PT and ends at 8:00:00 PM PT on April 18, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”).
