RSM McGladrey – Who’s Behind Your Success Contest

Eligibility :
Who’s Behind Your Success (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Contest. Employees of RSM McGladrey, Inc., NAG Sports, LLC, ePrize, LLC, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The Contest begins on June 23, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on October 8, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :

  1. Essay Submission Phase: During the Essay Submission Phase, visit http://www.rsmmcgladrey.com/nataliecontest (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including your valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and submit one (1) essay describing who is behind your success (the “Essay”). Essays should be written in English and be two hundred (200) words or fewer in length. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Limit: You may submit one (1) Essay into the Contest during the Essay Submission Phase.
  2. Finalist Video Submission Phase: During the Finalist Video Submission Phase, if you are selected as a Finalist or Alternate (see Section 6(a), below, for more details), you will be invited to create a sixty (60) second video describing who is behind your success (the “Video”). Administrator will provide Finalists and Alternates with a secure site to upload their completed Video to advance to the Video Voting Phase. Limit: Each Finalist may submit one (1) Video during the Finalist Video Submission Phase. Videos must be in avi, dv, mov, qt, mpg, mpg2, mpeg, mpeg2, mpeg4, mp4, 3gp, 3g2, asf or wmv format and must be no greater than thirty (30) MB in size (the “Video Format Guidelines”). If a Finalist does not submit a Video during the Finalist Video Submission Phase, or if he/she submits a Video that does not conform to the Video Format Guidelines, he/she will be disqualified and the Alternate (see Section 6(a), below, for more details) whose Essay received the next highest score during the Essay Judging Phase may have his/her Video substituted in the disqualified Finalist’s place, and that Alternate will be deemed a Finalist.

 

Limit :
You may submit one (1) Essay into the Contest during the Essay Submission Phase.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
A trip package for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV, to spend a day with Natalie Gulbis. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); one (1) day with Natalie Gulbis, including nine (9) holes of golf at a golf course of Sponsor’s choice, a morning workout at a facility of Sponsor’s choice, and dinner at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice (alcohol not included). Winner must complete the trip during the month of December 2008 or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500.

FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: A prize package consisting of a Taylor Made Driver, adidas golf shoes, a Canon digital Power Shot A470, and a SkyCaddie S5. Specific details of each component will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $1138.94.
