Eligibility :
ACUVUE® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., Universal McCann, ePrize, LLC, R/Greenberg Associates (“R/GA”), Momentum NA, Inc, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, you may receive an eDecoder at a Chicago Cubs game or a viewing party on Navy Pier, or you may obtain an online virtual eDecoder when you register for the Sweepstakes. To participate, visit www.acuvuefreetrial.com and follow the links and instructions to move the physical or online virtual eDecoder over the scrambled image to reveal the hidden code. Then, complete and submit the registration form, including the code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
