Eligibility : Open to female legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, excluding SAG members.
Timing : The Dove “Make Friends with Your Hair” Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 19, 2011 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on October 20, 2011 (the “Dove “Make Friends with Your Hair” Contest Period”). Public voting begins 12:00 p.m. ET on November 9, 2011 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on November 28, 2011 (the “Voting Period”).
Limit : Limit one Entry per person. There is a limit of one vote per Entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (1): The opportunity for winner to star in a Dove TV ad. Sponsor-selected date/time/channel. There is no ARV associated with the Grand Prize.
Finalist Prizes (3 total): A 4-day/3-night trip to New York City, NY (for Finalist only) for a hair transformation with celebrity stylist Mark Townsend, (based on availability) and the opportunity to have the hair transformation based on submitted Entry taped and appear in a Dove ad showcased in digital space (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Trip includes: round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major airport in the 50 U.S. or D.C. nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to New York City, NY, round-trip ground transportation between airport/hotel/salon, three (3) nights hotel accommodations, a hair makeover by a celebrity stylist (based on availability), one (1) dinner during the trip (date, time and location are Sponsor-selected) and a $500 check (ARV $4,050 each).
