How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, go to www.sixflags.com/dosomethingsweeps to the Sweepstakes section of the website and follow the links and instructions for online entry.
Eligibility : The Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who, as of the entry date, are (a) legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Sweepstakes Territory”), and (b) at least sixteen (16) years old.
Timing : The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 21, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 18, 2011 (“Entry Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per person/family/household.
Prize (s) :
The prize consists of and is limited to only the following: (i) Two (2) tickets for one (1) winner to be used collectively with his/her one (1) guest (guest restrictions set forth below) to attend the2012 VH1 Do Something Awards tentatively scheduled to tape in Los Angeles, CA (the “Show”) (tickets subject to the terms and conditions thereof; seating as determined by Prize Supplier; Show date and location subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of Prize Supplier); (ii) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s residence as of the entry date (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Prize Supplier) (“Major Airport”) and an airport in or around the Show location (“Show Airport”) (Show Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Prize Supplier); (ii) two (2) nights hotel stay for two (2) people in the metropolitan area nearest to the Show (one (1) room with double occupancy; dates, hotel and room as determined by Prize Supplier); (iii) ground transportation (methods as determined by Prize Supplier) to and from the Show Airport and the hotel, and to and from the hotel to the Show; (iv) one (1) tablet (make and model to be determined at the sole discretion of Prize Supplier) (collectively (i) through (iv), the “Prize Supplier Prize”); and (v) two (2) season passes to one of Sponsor’s domestic theme parks (valid for the Six Flags 2012 operating season; subject to all park rules and regulations). ARV of the prize in the Sweepstakes is estimated to be three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200).
