Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the following states who are 18 years of age or older: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI and WY.
Timing : The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 19, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on July 19, 2011, (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Referral Entry per Day regardless of the number of individuals to whom you refer the Promotion and a limit of four (4) Trivia Entries per Day for a total of up to five (5) entries per day.
Prize (s) :
Week One: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a backyard/patio makeover (“Patio Makeover Prize”), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $4,173. Patio Makeover Prize includes one (1) Cast Iron Patio Table and Cushion Chairs for eight (8) people, one (1) 24” Built-in Gas Grill and one (1) 3-piece Grill Set. The Patio Makeover Prize does not include gas line plumbing or installation of the Built-in Gas Grill. Verified winner of the Patio Makeover Prize can receive the prize as described or a one-time cash payment by check of $3,200.
Week Two: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a trip for four (4) people to Yellowstone National Park (“Yellowstone Trip Prize”), ARV , $5,107. Week Three: One winner will be randomly selected to receive a Major League Baseball Season Ticket Package (“MLB Ticket Prize”), ARV up to $3,000. The MLB Ticket Prize includes “ala carte” selection of winner’s choice of tickets for the game dates and seating preference of his/her favorite Major League Baseball team’s regular 2012 schedule, up to a total value of $3,000. Verified winner can receive the MLB Ticket Prize as described or a one-time cash payment by check of $2,400.
Week Four: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a trip for four (4) people to the Disneyland® Resort (“Disneyland Trip Prize”), ARV $2,590. The Disneyland Trip Prize includes round trip coach airfare for up to four (4) people from the major metropolitan airport nearest the winner’s home to Long Beach, CA, hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (two (2) standard rooms based on double occupancy), a 3-Day Park Hopper® Pass for two (2) adults and two (2) children, one (1) $200 travel allowance and the use of a rental car for the duration of the stay.
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in the Promotion Period to receive a trip for four (4) people to Washington D.C., (“Washington D.C. Trip Prize”), ARV $5,167. The Washington D.C. Trip Prize includes round trip coach airfare for up to four (4) people from the major metropolitan airport nearest the winner’s home to Baltimore, MD, hotel accommodations for five (5) nights (two (2) standard rooms based on double occupancy), a 2-Day Double Decker Hop On/Hop Off Bus Tour Pass for four (4) people, a Gettysburg Day Tour for four (4) people, one (1) $500 travel allowance and the use of a rental car for the duration of the stay. The Yellowstone Trip Prize, the Disneyland Trip Prize and the Washington D. C. Trip Prize do not include ground transportation to/from the residence of the winner and his/her traveling companion(s) to airport of departure/return, meals, snacks, beverages, gratuities, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance, and personal expenses such as laundry and phone calls. Trip Prize winners and their traveling companions must travel on the same itinerary. All Trip Prizes must be completed no later than June 30, 2012, must be booked no less than six (6) weeks in advance of travel; blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Once travel dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of travel dates is permitted.
