How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant must logon to www.meebo.com/sweeps/newyork2011 (“Website”) and register for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United States residents living in the 48 Contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2011 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”), to New York, New York. The Grand Prize Winner and the Guest will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to New York, New York leaving on an exact date to be determined and returning three (3) days after departure date (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $3,610. Actual value depends on date/time/point of departure/destination; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
First Prize (5): There will be five (5) First Prize Winners who will each receive one (1) $50 electronic gift certificate to the New York City web gift store, http://www.nycwebstore.com/ (the “Gift Certificate”) and one (1) $25 gift card to iTunes (the “Gift Card”). The Total ARV of each First Prize is $75. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $375.
