How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period visit www.syfy.com/turbotax (the “Website”) and complete and thereafter submit the online registration in its entirety
Eligibility : The Syfy & TurboTax Great Guide Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below).
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 9:00 AM (ET) on January 19, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All times in this Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time (“ET”).
Limit : You may enter the drawing ten (10) times total within the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
The Grand
Prize will consist of the following: a four (4) day, three (3) night vacation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Estes Park, Colorado to stay at the Stanley Hotel (the “Trip”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: 1) round-trip, coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports nearest Estes Park, Colorado; 2) round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in Estes Park, Colorado; 3) three (3) nights stay at the Stanley Hotel (standard room, double occupancy); 4) one (1) credit to the Cascades Restaurant for dinner for two (one hundred and fifty dollar [$150] credit); 5) breakfast for two (2) days at either Steamers Café or Cascades Restaurant, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (sixty dollar [$60] credit); 6) a daytime ghost & history tour of the grounds of the Stanley Hotel; and 7) a nighttime private paranormal investigation with the resident investigator, Callea Seck. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500).
