How To Enter : To enter, log on to http://fairlylegal.usanetwork.com (the “Website”) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form (“Entry”).
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents physically residing in the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am ET on January 12, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 30, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person (as determined by name and unique email address) per day for a maximum of seventy-eight (78) Entries for the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
There will be a total of twenty five (25) first prizes awarded, one (1) to each First Prize Winner (each a “First Prize”), and one (1) grand prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize” and together with First Prize, collectively referred to herein as “Prizes”).
First Prizes: The First Prize will be a Fairly Legal “Shades of Gray” Swag Bag which will consist of: a canvas messenger bag; a knit hat and scarf; a lap watch; an assortment of pencils and one (1) notebook; Conflict Resolution for Dummies book; Essie nail polish in three (3) shades; Stila eyeshadow; Not for Tourists Guide to San Francisco book; an umbrella; and a coffee tumbler. Contents are subject to change subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is three hundred dollars ($300). Total ARV for all First Prizes is seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will be a four (4) night/five (5) day trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to San Francisco, CA (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion: 1) round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from an airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near San Francisco, CA; 2) Airport transfer and rental car for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; 3) four (4) nights accommodations at a luxurious hotel (single room/double occupancy) in or around San Francisco, CA; 4) breakfast and dinner daily for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; 5) a five hundred dollars ($500) for spa treatments for Grand Prize Winner and Guest awarded in the form of a gift certificate, or in a form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion (for a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for spa treatments). The ARV of the Grand Prize is twelve thousand six hundred dollars ($12,600).
