How To Enter : Visit www.fuse.tv/musicmoments and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the official entry form.
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and are a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Timing : Fuse Music Moments That Matter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 10, 2010 and ends at 6:00 PM EST on January 15, 2011
Limit : Limited to one entry per person per 24 hour day, regardless of the Concert selected.
Prize (s) :
Each Winner will be awarded a prize package including the following (each a “Prize” and together, the “Prizes”):
(a) A two day/one night trip for Winner and one guest (each a “Guest” and together, the “Guests”) to New York City to attend the applicable Concert, which will include the following:
(i) Roundtrip coach air transportation to New York City for Winner and his/her Guest from a major commercial airport nearest Winner’s residence to attend a Concert (as defined below) (Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each ticket is $300.00 (ARV of the pair of tickets is $600.00);
(ii) One night hotel accommodations for Winner and his/her Guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor (double occupancy) (ARV is $400.00); and
(iii) Two premium tickets to attend the applicable Concert (details as follows):
(A) Linkin Park at Madison Square Garden on February 4, 2011 at 7:00 PM EST
(B) Interpol at Radio City Music Hall on February 17, 2011 at 8:00 PM EST, or
(C) Lady Gaga at Madison Square Garden on February 21, 2011 at 8:00 PM EST
(ARV of each ticket is $250.00 (ARV of the pair of tickets is $500.00))
(b) One pair of Denon AH-D1100 “Acoustic Luxury” Over-Ear Headphones (ARV is $150.00).
The total ARV of each Prize is $1,650.00
