How To Enter : Visit www.glad.com/bagbank or www.BagBank.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration/request form
Eligibility : GLAD® ForceFlex® Bag Bank Sweepstakes, which consists of a special offer (the “Special Offer”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Each participant may submit up to five (5) total requests, one (1) per organization/event, and receive up to five (5) total Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): A check for $1,000 and the opportunity to designate a not-for-profit organization, subject to Sponsor’s approval, in its sole discretion, to which Sponsor will make a $1,000 donation in your honor. Actual Retail Value of Winner’s Prize: $1,000.
