Eligibility : Participation open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older) as of date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Timing : From 12:01 AM Pacific daylight time on October 26, 2010, through 11:59 PM Pacific daylight time on December 17, 2010
Limit : There is no limit to the number of Application Submissions an entrant can submit.

One (1) Grand Prize (approximate retail value (?ARV?) = $60,000 plus Application Revenue):

? 200% of Application revenue actually received by Verizon Wireless relating to the sale of the winning Application (the ?Application Revenue?) for the first twelve (12) months Application is available on V CAST Apps to a maximum of Application Revenue plus $100,000.
? Winners will be invited to join Verizon at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from February 13 through February 18, 2011.

? Application will be featured in the V CAST Apps storefront for six (6) weeks.
Five (5) First Place Prizes (one (1) for each Application Category) (ARV $12,500):
? $10,000 cash prize per Category.
