How To Enter : Each day that you sign-on to mortonreasonstoseason.com (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions, you will receive one (1) opportunity to participate in the Trivia Challenge, and you will simultaneously receive one (1) automatic Instant Win Game message which will reveal whether or not you are the potential winner of an Instant Win Game Prize. You will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: (i) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There is one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of the following: The Sweepstakes Winner will receive Five Hundred US Dollars ($500) in cash and a two (2) hour cooking demonstration from renowned Chef Rocco DiSpirito and a three-course meal (“Cooking Event”) at the Culinary Loft, located at 515 Broadway, Suite 5A, New York, New York 10012, USA (“New York City”) for the Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) guest on Friday, February 11, 2011. In addition, the Sweepstakes Winner and his or her guest will each receive a trip to New York City (“Trip”) consisting of one 1) roundtrip coach airfare from the major airport closest to the Sweepstakes Winner’s residence to New York City in order to attend the Cooking Event; three (3) nights hotel accommodations in New York City at a hotel designated by Sponsor, and roundtrip ground transportation between the New York City airport and hotel. In the event the Cooking Event is rescheduled, it will be rescheduled for one of the following alternate dates in 2011: February 18, February 25, March 4, March 11, March 18 or March 25. Only the Sponsor and Chef Rocco DiSpirito may reschedule the Cooking Event. Sponsor has no liability for any scheduling conflicts of Chef Rocco DiSpirito or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control which interfere with or preclude Chef Rocco DiSpirito’s presence or availability at the Cooking Event or result in cancellation of the Cooking Event. Details of the Cooking Event: Cooking Event will take place between the hours of 12:00 P.M. ET and 4:00 P.M. ET, with the exact time to be mutually agreed upon by the Sweepstakes Winner and Chef Rocco DiSpirito. Chef Rocco DiSpirito will appear in person to conduct a cooking demonstration for a three-course meal featuring recipes that utilize Morton Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton Coarse or Fine Sea Salt, or Morton Table Salt. Each course will be served to the attendees at the Cooking Event during appropriate intervals, along with non-alcoholic beverages such as water, tea, coffee, and/or fruit juice. The Approximate Retail Value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is Five Thousand Two Hundred US Dollars ($5,200.00).
