Eligibility : Live’s Holiday Spa-tacular Travel Trivia (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry who are permanent legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located therein.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on October 21, 2010 and ends on January 3, 2011 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Internet Entry per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
Up to forty six (46) Wheel Prizes: Up to one (1) Wheel Prize for each air date of the Sweepstakes (as described by Official Rules) that may include one of the following category of prizes: travel, vehicle, cruise, cash, gift cards/certificates and/or merchandise prizes) and announced on that particular day’s taping/broadcast, as applicable. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Wheel Prize: $3,000 – $60,000.
Up to forty six (46) Regis and Kelly Reward Prizes: Up to one (1) Regis and Kelly Reward Prize for each day of Sweepstakes (as described by Official Rules) will receive one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) check in the name of the winner and a selection of Jergens products valued at $13. ARV of each Regis and Kelly Reward Prize: $513.
One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize will be awarded one (1) Nissan Leaf™ Electric Car (“Car”), a trip to NY and a cash prize as described below. Grand Prize Winner will receive the Car and home Charging Dock with installation (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price “MSRP” is $40,000 USD) (“Car Prize”). Grand Prize winner will also receive a trip for two (2) to New York, NY consisting of round trip first class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to New York, NY; six (6) nights standard hotel accommodations single room/double occupancy (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) at the 5 star luxury Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Manhattan; ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Manhattan; up to five (5) Mandarin Oriental Signature Spa treatments for winner and guest for a total of ten (10) hotel Spa treatments; Salon services for both winner and guest at the John Frieda Salon in Manhattan that includes hair cut, hair styling and make-up session; admission for two (2) (winner and guest) to one of the “LIVE with Regis and Kelly” show tapings (“Show Admission”); one thousand dollars ($1,000) cash awarded in the form of a check (to winner only) for meals and travel expenses; a one thousand dollars ($1,000) Shopping Spree Gift Card (to winner only) (collectively “Trip Prize”).
