How To Enter : Go online to HealthValleySweeps.com (the “Web Site”), during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen directions
Eligibility : Open to legal residents of Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington who are 18 years of age or older.
