How To Enter : Visit website iCarlyBehindtheScenes.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete a registration form.
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must: (1) be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (2) be located in the United States at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Entries limited to one (1) entry per calendar day/per person and/or email address.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive for winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”) (one of whom must be a parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for winner and three (3) guests from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) standard hotel accommodations for 2 nights/3 days (double room; quad occupancy); (iii) VIP trip for four (4) to the set of iCarly to meet the cast; and (iv) $1,000 in spending money for the winner. If “iCarly” is no longer in production when the Sweepstakes is fulfilled, the winner and three (3) guests will (i) visit the set of a different Nickelodeon show as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and (ii) meet a member of the iCarly cast. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,000.00.
