Eligibility : The Gander Mountain Company “Great Gander Giveaway – 2010 Bass Fishing Trip” sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Timing : The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per person (regardless of method of entry) or address (physical or email) in the Sweepstakes.
Prize (s):
The “prize” is a bass fishing trip for two (2), which consists of and is limited only to the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Originating Airport”) and a destination airport (“Destination Airport”) in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (b) four (4) nights lodging for two (2) people at Flint Creek Ranch (the “Ranch”) located in Bosque County, Texas. (one (1) double occupancy standard room; lodge, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; also includes dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and reasonable amounts of house selected beverages), (c) ground
transportation for two (2) people between the Destination Airport and the Ranch (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (d) up to three (3) days of guided bass fishing (as organized and
scheduled by Ranch); includes fishing license fees for two (2) people; one (1) guide; field transportation and field dressing; and use of appropriate fishing equipment and other fishing supplies (as determined and provided by
Ranch), (g) $1,000 Gander Mountain gift card (gift card subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations thereof); (h) $500 assortment of Strike King apparel and lures (as selected by Sponsor or its designee in its sole discretion); and (i) two (2) Gander Mountain Deluxe Rolling Duffle Bags (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is eight thousand dollars ($8,000).
