How To Enter : During the Submission/Voting Phase, visit billionpoints.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form
Eligibility : Shop Your Way Rewards “What Would You Do With One Billion Points?” Video Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry who are Shop Your Way Rewards Members and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.
Timing : The Contest begins on July 10, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on November 3, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)
Limit : Each participant may upload one (1) Submission per day during the Submission/Voting Phase. Each participant may vote one (1) time per day during the Submission/Voting Phase.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The prize available to be won is dependent on the number of
Submissions approved into the video gallery at the conclusion of the Submission phase. The
minimum Grand Prize is one hundred million (100,000,000) Shop Your Way Rewards points
and increases by ten thousand (10,000) Shop Your Way Rewards points for each Submission
into the video gallery with a maximum Grand Prize of one billion (1,000,000,000) Shop Your
Way Rewards points. Winner will receive one-half (1/2) of the Shop Your Way Rewards points
and the remaining one-half (1/2) will be donated to the charitable organization or charitable
organizations that winner selected during the Submission process. Grand Prize Winner will also
receive 30% of the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) in the form of a check, to offset taxes.
ARV: from $65,000 up to $650,000.
NINETEEN (19) FIRST PRIZES: One million (1,000,000) Shop Your Way Rewards points. ARV: $1,000.
