Eligibility : To enter the Contest, the Participant (“You”, or “Participant”) must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, or a legal resident of Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), and must be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Timing : Begins at 9:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 9, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2010
Limit : One entry per person.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of the Winner’s contest entry being featured on an episode of Golf in America. The winner will also receive a trip for two (2) to Orlando, FL. Trip includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from a major airport nearest to winner’s home to Orlando, FL (destination airport to be selected by Sponsor), (ii) double occupancy hotel accommodations (of Sponsor’s choice) for 4 days / 3 nights, (iii) rental car (of Sponsor’s choice and subject to rental car companies standard terms and conditions), (iv) a tour of the Golf Channel studios (subject to availability), (v) a round of golf with a Golf Channel on-air analyst/talent (of Sponsor’s choice), and (vi) $500 spending cash. Winner and guest must be age 18 or older, able to travel to Orlando, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. The Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of this trip is $2,500.
Weekly Prizes: There are twelve (12) Weekly Prizes. Each Weekly prize consists of one (1) Golf Channel Prize Pack containing one (1) Golf Channel shirt, (1) Golf Channel visor, (1) Golf Channel towel, one (1) Golf Channel ball marker, one (1) Golf Channel pennant flag, one (1) travel bag, and one (1) dozen golf balls (Exact content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion). (Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is: $240 U.S.)
